When will my order be posted?
All orders are packaged and posted within 3-5 working days.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
Please allow up to 10 working days from order date for your package to arrive. If after 10 days it still hasn’t arrived, please contact us quoting your order number.
Returns
I’ve received my order, but it isn’t what I was looking for, what can I do?
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email us at info@alimarriott.co.uk and return your purchase(unopened) within 7 (working) days of receipt for a full refund including your initial postage and packaging or you can exchange for another product.
Goods must be returned at your expense, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
